Over 200 Christians Confirmed at St. Andrews Seseme Cathedral as Bishop Mbite Concludes Confirmation Tour

KISORO - More than 200 Christians have today been confirmed in the Anglican faith during a confirmation service presided over by the Bishop of Muhabura Diocese, the Rt. Rev. Godfrey Mbitse, at St Andrews Seseme Cathedral, Kisoro Municipality.

The colorful service attracted Christians from across Seseme Parish and beyond, who gathered to witness the young and adult Christians take the important step in their faith journey.

Bishop Mbitse, who was assisted by clergy from Muhabura Diocese, laid hands on each candidate, praying for the strengthening of their faith through the Holy Spirit.

In his sermon, the Bishop urged the newly confirmed Christians to remain steadfast in faith, uphold Anglican values, and actively participate in church ministry.

The confirmation service marks the conclusion of Bishop Mbitse's confirmation tour across Muhabura Diocese for this year, having traversed several archdeaconries in Kisoro district.

Congratulations to all the confirmed Christians!
